Wonderful villa.

We stayed here as a family with 10 adults and 1 baby for one week.

Everything was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday.

A lovely large swimming pool with great terraces, both in the sun and in the shade.

The location is perfect with a beautiful garden.

Compliments to the owners for allowing us to use everything and for their quick responses to questions.

14 Days of a Fantastic Holiday — June 15 to June 29, 2024

Villa Ayla in Teulada is a lovingly decorated house with everything you could wish for and perfectly suited for your needs. The main floor with 3 bedrooms is well separated from the living room, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Plenty of space for 5 people, enough hangers in the built-in wardrobes, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. From here you have access to the veranda with a large table, gas barbecue, and stunning views. The swimming pool is fantastic, with no chlorine smell, and cleaned weekly.

Please note: the villa is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the stairs. The extension has 2 living units; we used the lower one, which has direct access to the pool. The property is gated, offering lots of privacy, and located in a quiet residential area with peace and space all around. A large gate allows for car parking. The garage includes a table tennis table with accessories, water toys, and beach chairs for use at the sea, ensuring plenty of room for pool fun and activities.

There were plenty of good-quality towels for both showers and the beach. The bathroom was functional and spacious enough, although the shower handle was not very practical—slightly difficult to turn with wet hands.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again at any time. Communication with the host was smooth and quick; any questions were answered promptly and kindly, and the deposit was refunded immediately. We can only recommend this villa—it’s an excellent choice for those who seek peace and value privacy.

Villa Ayla in Teulada ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was Sie sich wünschen . Die zentrale Etage mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist gut vom Wohnzimmer getrennt und alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Genügend Platz für 5 Personen, genügend Kleiderbügel im Einbauschrank, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Zugang zur Veranda mit großem Tisch und Gasgrill und schöner Aussicht, fantastischer Swimmingpool, kein Chlorgeruch und jede Woche gereinigt , die Villa ist aufgrund der Treppen nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet, der Anbau verfügt über 2 weitere Wohneinheiten, wir haben die untere mit genutzt, die direkten Zugang zum Pool hat und viel Privatsphäre zulässt, das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und bietet keine Einsicht von aussen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, viel Ruhe und Platz im Garten. Ein großes Tor bietet die Möglichkeit, ein Auto zu parken, eine Garage mit Tischtennisplatte und Zubehör, Wasserspielzeug und Strandkörbe für die Nutzung am Meer bieten viel Raum für Spaß und Aktivität am Pool. Viele gute Handtücher sowohl für die Dusche als auch für den Strand. , Badezimmer zweckmäßig und groß genug, Duscharmatur nicht so praktisch, mit nassen Händen etwas schwer zu drehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Angefragte Informationen wurden prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Auch die Kaution wurde umgehend zurückerstattet. Wir können die Villa Ayala nur wärmstens Empfehlen, für uns war es ein Ort der Entspannung für die ganze Familie. Die mediteranen Pflanzen rund um das Grundstück sind wunderbar , es gibt einen Wäschewraum mit Waschmaschine und Tropckner und einer Wäschespinne für die Badesachen, also an alles gedacht. Vielen Dank an Paola und Ruud das wir diese Erfahrung durch Euch machen durften.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa.

Everything was provided—even a highchair and baby bath were specially purchased for us. As two grandparents, it was wonderful to have a separate bedroom with bathroom downstairs, apart from our daughter’s family.

The interior was stylish, and the barbecue on the lovely terrace next to the kitchen was a great addition. Everything was perfectly taken care of: soft bath towels, a beautiful pool, cozy seating areas, peaceful surroundings, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Communication with Paola was excellent—questions were answered immediately. We would love to return!

We skipped the month of January in the Netherlands to spend the winter in Spain, in Moraira, at Villa Ayala.

We really enjoyed the house, the excellent beds, the tasteful interior, the cozy spots around the house to sit in the sun, the view from the balcony, and the walk into town to visit the market, supermarket, or just have a coffee.

The coastal walk to Calpe is highly recommended, as well as the many hiking trails in the Jalon Valley. We would love to return!

The villa and garden are beautifully designed, with plenty of spots to sit or relax.

The kids had a great time in the pool and with the table tennis table. We enjoyed many meals outdoors with stunning views! The surroundings are also very beautiful—truly recommended. We will definitely be back! 🙂
