Moraira is located on the Costa Blanca, Spain and about a 1-hour drive from Alicante and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Valencia. Originally a small fishing village, Moraira has grown into a lively town with nice restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite its vibrancy, it has avoided mass tourism and remains predominantly low-rise, maintaining its charming and relaxed atmosphere.
Beaches and coast
There are two sandy beaches nearby. L’Ampolla Beach, which offers sunbed and umbrella rentals, is located near the town center and within walking distance of the villa. The slightly narrower but charming beach in the El Portet area, about three kilometres from the villa, and Playa de la Fustera in Benissa are also lovely. In addition, there are several small rocky coves along the coast, perfect for exploring and enjoying the sea.
