Central Floor Layout
The central floor is always part of the rental.
Kitchen
The kitchen opens onto both the Naya and the living room and has been completely renovated with all modern conveniences. It features a bar table with stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.
Living Room
Step from the kitchen into the inviting round intimate living room with heigh ceiling with beams (including fan) and a fireplace. The space is furnished with a sofa, three chairs, a TV with Google Chromecast/Airplay, a round dining table, and a desk – ideal for relaxing, dining, or catching up on work.
Bedrooms (suitable for 5 persons)
The central floor offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to five guests: two bedrooms for two people each (one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, the other with two single beds 90 x 200 cm) and a cozy single bedroom (single bed 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms come with air conditioning, and there is a shared bathroom.
If your group requires more space, one or two additional rooms on the top floor and ground floor can be rented alongside the central floor.
Top floor (Optional Rental – bedroom suitable for 2 persons)
A staircase outside leads to the top floor, boasting a spacious terrace with stunning views over Benimeit (Moraira district), Cumbre del Sol, and the distant Benitachell. The top floor includes a spacious double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and a private bathroom – ideal for guests who want more privacy.
Ground floor (Optional Rental – suitable for 2-3 persons)
The ground floor, also with its own private entrance, is suitable for three guests. It features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 180 cm) for a third guest. The room comes with air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy.
