While Moraira is full of beautiful homes, we wanted something truly special: a place within walking distance of the village, not hidden away “in the middle of nowhere.” In 2022, we found it – and transformed it into Villa Ayala, redesigned with care and comfort in mind.
Here, you can enjoy sunshine, the sea, and Spanish lifestyle all year round – in a home that feels both exclusive and welcoming. We can’t wait to share it with you! 🌴☀️
Garden with pool and Naya
Villa Ayala is set on a spacious plot of around 800 m². From the upper terrace and the Naya, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills of Moraira. The Mediterranean-style garden offers both sunny and shaded corners, with lush greenery including oleanders and small palm trees. Here you’ll find plenty of space to relax, with sun loungers, seating areas, parasols, and a comfortable lounge set. The highlight is the large private pool (approx. 9 x 7 metres), complete with a deeper section and an outdoor shower – perfect for cooling off on warm days.
Through the front gate, or via the garden steps, you’ll reach the Naya: a large, semi-covered terrace with a dining table for 8–10 guests. Conveniently connected to the villa’s kitchen, it’s the perfect shady spot to enjoy a long summer lunch or dinner. And of course, the BBQ is ready and waiting.
Family house
Villa Ayala is a true family home.
The main floor comfortably accommodates up to five guests and features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and three bedrooms.
If you’re planning a holiday with a larger group – up to ten people – such as two families, a group of friends, or an extended family, you can rent one or both additional floors. Each floor has its own private entrance and bathroom, allowing you to enjoy a shared holiday while still maintaining your privacy.

Moraira is a charming coastal town, perfectly located between Valencia and Alicante. From Villa Ayala, it’s just a 25-minute walk (or 5 minutes by car) to the beach and the town centre. Looking for something even closer? Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at the cosy Gastrobar 21.
